The Zoo

With some warm weather finally upon us and a new lens to test out I figured the zoo would be the perfect trip. I’ve only been to our zoo once before and sworn I would never go back as I don’t believe it’s right to keep all those animals locked up for our amusement, in steel cages much too small and unnatural.
While I did get some great shots and I love my new lens, I feel bad for going back and giving my money and support. The picture below sums up the visit and reminds me of a drawing made by a young child I found years ago on the internet.
